I purchased this book eagerly after having read it’s predecessor, Regina Silsby’s Secret War. Both Books are wonderfully written and full of suspense. They are clean of sex, lust, and other junk that is so rife in the majority of books for young readers. These were purchased for my children, but after previewing the first chapter, I found I could not put it down. I read the first book in one night. It kept me on the edge of my seat! I ordered Phantom Militia the next day and was not disappointed. I only wish this author, Thomas J Brodeur, would write more! I cannot possibly express the surprise and enjoyment I received from these two books.

Read when I was a young teenager, Regina Silsby’s Phantom Militia provided a great escape for me on a family vacation. I was completely enthralled from beginning to end and was so happy that there was another book in the series. I read them in the wrong order, but I reread this one again and it made even more sense. I also liked the spiritual side of the enthralling adventure. Wonderful wonderful story!!!
